Single pieces, retail assortments, corporate orders and interior commissions — all start with the same conversation.
We read every enquiry ourselves. The more concrete you can be about size, quantity and timing, the more useful our first reply will be. If you are still deciding, say so — a rough idea is enough to start from, and we would rather help you narrow it down than send you a price list.
What to include
Which collection interests you, roughly what size, how many pieces, and when you need them. If you have a reference photograph, describe it or offer to send it — we can usually tell from an image whether something is achievable.
Response times
We reply to every enquiry within two working days. A quotation for a straightforward item follows within a few days; a costed proposal for a large custom order takes longer, because we price it properly rather than guessing.
Minimum orders
There is no minimum for standard pieces — a single board is a perfectly normal order. Minimums apply only to custom work such as an inlaid logo, where the setup effort has to be spread across a run.
Samples
For trade buyers we supply samples against cost, credited back on a first substantial order. For architectural and interior work we consider a physical sample essential, not optional.
Shipping and export
We ship from Iran to Europe and the Gulf, and can consolidate several orders into a single consignment. We will be straight with you about what current export and payment routes mean for your delivery date before you commit.
Languages
You are welcome to write in English, German, Arabic, Russian or Persian. Replies come in the language you wrote in.
